What working together looks like

Corporate headshots don’t have to slow down your event schedule.

1. We plan the right setup

We’ll talk through your team size, location, timing, visual needs, and desired workflow. I’ll help recommend a setup that fits your office, event space, or venue.

2. I make the photo day feel easy

I arrive with a professional lighting setup, backdrop options, and a clear process for keeping things moving. Your team does not need to know how to pose—I’ll guide them through it.

3. Your team receives polished images

After the session, your images are delivered through an organized online gallery for easy viewing, downloading, and sharing.

Depending on your needs, employees can select favorites, receive individual galleries, or have final images delivered directly to your team contact.

FAQ

How many people can you photograph in a day?

It depends on the level of customization, setup, and whether the event uses scheduled appointments or a walk-up format. For high-volume headshot days, our efficient workflow keeps the line moving while still giving each person a polished, professional result. Depending on the event format and timing, we can typically accommodate anywhere from about 40 to 300 people in a day.

Do you bring lighting and a backdrop?

Yes. We bring a professional lighting setup and can provide backdrop options based on your company’s visual style, office space, and intended use for the images.

Can you photograph our executives separately?

Absolutely. Leadership and executive portraits can be built into the same day or scheduled as a separate, more customized session.

Can employees choose their own final image?

Yes. We can help create a consistent setup and visual standard for recurring new-hire headshots, whether that is quarterly, annually, or as needed.

How quickly will we receive the photos?

Photos are delivered directly to each employee via email, instantly.

Do you work outside San Francisco?

Yes. We photograph corporate teams throughout the Bay Area, including San Francisco, Oakland, Berkeley, San Mateo, Palo Alto, Redwood City, San Jose, Marin, and surrounding areas.

Can you return for future new hires?

Yes. We can set up a gallery workflow where employees select their preferred image, or I can work directly with one point person from your team to coordinate selections.
