Willowmar Fall Mini Sessions
Piedmont
As a special thank-you from Willowmar Real Estate, you’re invited to enjoy a complimentary family portrait session in the East Bay on October 24th.
Choose your preferred time below.
What to Expect
- Quick, easy, and guided. These are short sessions, but I’ll give you plenty of direction so you’re never wondering what to do.
- Please arrive about 10 minutes early. Sessions are booked back-to-back, so late arrivals may result in a shorter session.
- Keep it relaxed. The goal is a fun, low-pressure family experience that includes a few classic portraits, then plenty of natural moments and movement.
- You’ll receive a full gallery. Expect approximately 20–40 edited images delivered in a private online gallery.
- Come ready to move. Especially with kids, we may walk, play, cuddle, or let them explore a bit rather than staying in one spot.
- Don’t stress about perfect behavior. Kids don’t need to sit still or smile on command for the whole session. We’ll work with whatever energy they bring.
- Dress for comfort. Choose outfits you can move around in and feel like yourselves in. Coordinated is great; perfectly matching is not necessary.
- Keep belongings light. If possible, leave large bags, extra coats, and anything you don’t want photographed in the car so we can make the most of your time.
- Need a quick break? Snacks, a favorite toy, or a comfort item can be helpful for little ones, just keep them easy to tuck away when we’re shooting.
Most importantly, come ready to enjoy a little time together with the Willowmar team and me!
Cancellations + Rescheduling
Need to make a change? You can cancel or reschedule your session directly through your booking confirmation.
Because mini sessions are scheduled back-to-back and availability is limited, please make any changes as early as possible. Rescheduling is subject to available time slots.

ABOUT THE PHOTOGRAPHER
I’m Melissa, a Bay Area photographer originally from Southern California. I’ve been photographing professionally for about 10 years, working across family portraits, events, and commercial and corporate photography.
I live here in the Bay Area with my husband and our two young girls, so family photography is especially close to my heart. This is my second year photographing Willowmar’s family sessions, and I truly enjoy meeting their clients and families, seeing familiar faces again, and capturing everyone in a way that feels natural and relaxed.
