A group of us were invited to tour the new TCHO Chocolate factory in the East Bay. We got to try their newest line of chocolate flavors, hear the TCHO story from their master chocolatier, Brad Kintzer, and eat an incredible meal by A16.
If you've never tried TCHO, go find a shop near you that sells them or order online! Trust me, you're gonna want to buy more than one. This is something you don't want to share.
My favorite flavors?
COCONUT CRISP - it's like the grown up version of a Crunch bar with a subtle hint of coconut.
ALMOND + SEA SALT - the perfect blend of sweet, salty + creamy, crunchy.
HAZELNUT CHUNK - forget Ferrero! They put actual hazelnut butter in this. It's sooo smooth it's criminal (pun intended).
