We visited the grand Delaire Graff Estate and was not disappointed.
After a round of wine tasting, we had lunch at Indohine Restaurant. It was a fine dining experience I will never forget. The Asian-inspired dishes were both light, yet complex allowing the freshness of each ingredient to shine.
