Brunch: Outerlands, San Francisco

Sticky Bun w/ carrots and walnuts

The wait to have brunch at this trendy spot is always long. Be prepared to wait at least 45 mins.
My honest opinion? Overpriced and overhyped. Yes, it was good. But it wasn't mind-blowing.
They have a small menu with seasonal offerings. My favorite dish that we ate was my order, the Pozole — again, overpriced for something I can get (cheaper and better) at a local Mexican joint in The Mission.

But, I can definitely see the draw of the space. It's gorgeous in there and incredibly cool! With floor to ceiling woodwork, it's an Instagrammers dream. If anything, come for the cool interior and make sure to grab a nice window seat. Their food is also locally sourced and organic. While I didn't try their cocktails, they do have a full bar.
